HOW OUR BOOKING PROCESS WORKS?
Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how everything works when booking your Flying Dress photoshoot with us:
1. Get in Touch
Please contact us through the contact form on our website and share as many details as possible. The most important information includes your travel dates and the name of the place where you’ll be staying.
Flying Dress photoshoots require a specific kind of environment, and not all locations in Zanzibar are suitable for creating the iconic results you see in our photos and videos. Some places simply don’t offer the aesthetics or surroundings that match the visual standard we aim for. Since Zanzibar is a tidal island, this information also helps us determine the best dates and times to offer you stunning results. It allows us to provide a clear and detailed reply right from the start.
We aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your message, Monday to Saturday, between 8 AM and 8 PM.
2. Choose the Best Date & Location Together
Once we receive your message, we’ll work together to select the perfect date and location for your shoot. We highly recommend picking a date at the beginning of your stay — this gives us flexibility in case of bad weather and helps avoid issues like sunburn or fatigue from the heat.
3. Secure Your Booking & Choose Your Dress
Once we agree on the date and location, we’ll ask you to pay a $100 retainer to secure your spot. This can be sent via PayPal or Revolut.
Now comes the most exciting part — choosing your dress! You’ll be able to select your favorite from our full collection of Zanzibar Flying Dresses. The Catalogue is available online, and we’ll also send it to you in a separate email along with your booking confirmation.
4. Booking Confirmation & Preparation Guide
Once we receive your retainer, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a short guide on how to prepare for your photoshoot.
5. One Week Before the Photoshoot
You’ll receive an email from us with additional tips — what to bring, what to keep in mind, things not to forget, and some inspiration images showing different ways of styling and tying the dresses. This way, you can plan in advance and we’ll save time on the day of the shoot.
6. The Day Before the Shoot
We’ll reconfirm all the details with you — time, meeting point, and any last-minute tips — to ensure everything runs smoothly and stress-free.
7. Photoshoot Day & Final Payment
The remaining balance is paid on the day of the photoshoot via PayPal, Revolut, or in cash — whichever is most convenient for you.
8. Photo Selection
Within three days after your photoshoot, you’ll receive a gallery of unedited images. You’ll then choose your favorite shots for final retouching.
9. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the package you selected and ranges between 10 to 40 days from the moment you send us your final selection.
If you’re in a hurry, we also offer an Express Editing option in our pricing list — this allows you to receive your fully edited photos and videos within just 3 days.
